Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026  ·  Nawix Games

This Privacy Policy describes how Nawix Games ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game No WiFi Games and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited information to operate the App, improve gameplay, fix crashes, and process purchases. We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number through the App.

1.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following is stored on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless noted elsewhere in this policy:

  • Game progress and level data
  • In-app coin balance and gameplay preferences
  • Audio and display settings (e.g. music and sound volume)
  • Your analytics consent choice

You can remove this data by uninstalling the App.

1.2 Usage and Analytics Data (When You Consent or Do Not Opt Out)

When analytics collection is enabled (see Section 6), we and our analytics provider, Google Firebase, may collect pseudonymous usage information, including:

  • Screens and features you visit within the App
  • Session duration and app launch events
  • Games played, levels reached, and in-app interactions (e.g. store visits, settings changes)
  • App version and general product-interaction events

This data is linked to pseudonymous identifiers (such as a Firebase Analytics user pseudonym and an app-generated device identifier) rather than your real name.

1.3 Device and Technical Information

When analytics is enabled, we may collect technical information such as:

  • Device model and manufacturer
  • Operating system version
  • Screen resolution
  • Device language and locale settings
  • General country or region inferred from your device locale

We do not collect precise GPS location.

When you use our analytics services, Google may also process technical data such as IP address as part of providing the service. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

1.4 Performance and Crash Data

To keep the App stable and fix bugs, we use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance, which may collect:

  • Crash reports, error logs, and stack traces
  • Performance metrics (e.g. app start time)

Crash and performance reporting helps us identify technical issues affecting real users. In the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, we rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable App for crash reporting. Analytics-style usage events and performance measurement through Firebase Performance remain subject to your consent choices as described in Section 6.

1.5 Purchase Information

If you make in-app purchases (e.g. coin packs), we receive non-financial transaction information from Apple, such as:

  • Product purchased
  • Purchase date
  • Transaction identifier

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

1.6 What We Do Not Collect

We do not currently collect:

  • Advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA)
  • Data for targeted advertising
  • Contact information (name, email, phone) through the App
  • Precise geolocation
  • Photos, microphone audio, contacts, or calendar data

We do not show third-party advertisements in the App at this time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide the App — deliver gameplay, save progress, and manage in-app coin balances
  • Improve the App — analyse usage patterns to fix bugs, optimise performance, and design better experiences
  • Analytics and research — understand how players use the App (only when analytics is enabled)
  • Crash and performance monitoring — diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Process purchases — verify and deliver in-app purchases you have paid for
  • Security and fraud prevention — detect abuse or harmful activity related to purchases
  • Legal compliance — meet obligations under applicable laws

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Analytics, SDKs, and Similar Technologies

Our App uses software development kits (SDKs) and similar technologies rather than traditional browser cookies. These tools may use device identifiers and event data to perform analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.

3.1 Google Firebase

We use the following Firebase services:

Service Purpose
Firebase Analytics Understand how players use the App
Firebase Crashlytics Collect crash reports and error logs
Firebase Performance Measure App performance (e.g. startup time)

Firebase is operated by Google LLC. Data processed by Firebase may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase documentation.

Analytics and performance measurement through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Performance are disabled by default on iOS until you grant consent or until analytics is enabled under the rules in Section 6. Crash reporting through Firebase Crashlytics remains active to help us maintain App stability.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates the following third-party services:

  • Apple App Store — in-app purchase processing
  • Google Firebase — analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring (as described above)

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate third-party advertising networks at this time. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this policy before or when those features launch.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the App (e.g. Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting), under appropriate data processing terms
  • Apple — to process in-app purchases
  • Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, subject to this policy

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Analytics Consent (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and EEA Countries)

If your device locale indicates you are in the UK, EU, or EEA, we will ask for your permission before enabling Firebase Analytics and Firebase Performance on first launch. You may:

  • Tap Allow to enable usage analytics and performance measurement
  • Tap No thanks to decline

If you decline, we will not collect analytics or performance measurement data through Firebase Analytics or Firebase Performance. Crash reporting through Firebase Crashlytics remains enabled as described in Section 1.4.

6.2 Opt Out Anytime (All Users)

Regardless of region, you can enable or disable usage analytics at any time in the App:

Settings → Share Usage Data

When turned off, we stop sending analytics and performance events to Firebase Analytics and Firebase Performance. Crash reporting is not affected by this setting.

6.3 Data Deletion and Access Requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, contact us at contact@nawixgames.com. We aim to respond within 30 days (or sooner where required by law).

Please note:

  • Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device
  • Pseudonymous analytics data held by Google Firebase may require separate deletion through Google's systems; we will assist with requests where we can

6.4 Other Legal Rights

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to object to or restrict processing, and the right to data portability. Contact us at contact@nawixgames.com to exercise these rights.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers and devices send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals. You can control analytics collection using the choices in Section 6.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@nawixgames.com and we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar applicable laws.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

  • Locally stored game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear App data
  • Pseudonymous analytics data may be retained by Google Firebase according to Google's retention settings
  • Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes

If you disable analytics or uninstall the App, we will no longer actively collect new analytics data associated with your use.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

Our service providers, including Google Firebase, may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.

12. For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To exercise your rights, contact contact@nawixgames.com.

13. For European and UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following lawful bases:

Processing Lawful basis

Analytics and performance measurement (when enabled) Your consent
Crash reporting and App stability Our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the App

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent at any time via Settings, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, contact contact@nawixgames.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the App where appropriate. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
