Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading or using any game or service provided by Nawix Games. By accessing or using our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.

The "Nawix Games" name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of Nawix Games. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or intellectual property rights in our games or content beyond the limited licence described above.

4. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or networks
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or harmful code
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited communications or spam

5. In-App Purchases

Some of our games may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the applicable platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective terms and policies.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or the platform store's refund policy. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact the platform store directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nawix Games and its officers, employees, directors, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, our games — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $10.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
